Event Space
The space at the MRT Kajang Line and MRT Putrajaya Line stations are available for rental. Areas such as the concourse can be rented for events, activations, pop-up or ambient display, kiosks, pushcart, and other activities.
We also provide train and bus charter service for activations in the MRT train and bus.

Note:
- Space subject to availability and on first come first served basis, upon complete submission and approval by MRT Corp, Operator and
Local Authority - Rate / License Fee is Not Inclusive of 50% Security Deposit
- The Applicant must obtain a Public Liability Insurance and “Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd” to be named as one of the insured parties with sum insured of RM 1 million.
- Limited power sockets available. Power charges will be charged separately.
- Client to obtain the relevant licenses or permit from the local authorities and the MACP license for any usage of music
- Client to provide company’s SSM Certificate or Personal Identification for individuals
- Kindly note that we require a minimum 3 – 4 weeks full application submission prior to the proposed date subject to the type of activity.
- License fees are to be made in advance before the commencement of the event.
