THE second Hari Ceria Bersama MRT Corp organised by Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) and its project delivery partner, MMC Gamuda KVMRT Sdn Bhd was held on 26 September 2017 at MRT Information Centre (MIC) Seri Kembangan.
A total of 9 kindergarten aged from four to six years old from Orange Montessori Kindergarten House participated in the event including two autistic children.
The objective of this event was to educate the community around the areas of the Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) Line about the MRT Project.
The event started with a screening of the SSP Line video followed by a welcome note by Puan Fizliyana Hilda Fahrurrazi, Manager of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Relations, MRT Corp.
The children then joined the colouring contest where they were given an hour to complete the task for which the best three entries will be selected as winners.
The activities continued with puzzle solving contest and the children grouped together to complete it. All the winners received prizes and certificates of participation from MRT Corp.

The winners of the puzzle completion contest were:

2nd: Muhammad Adam Bazheel bin Muhammad Bukhari, Zhafran Adyanshah bin Shahrul Affendy, Imaan Izzat bin Azmeer Ariff and Aryan Ariff bin Azmeer Ariff
3rd: Ashraf Khalamudeen bin Abdullah and Muhammad Aryan Saeed bin Amruamir
While the contest was going on, a pop quiz was conducted by the Information Officers to encourage the participation of parents. The questions asked were related to both the Sungai Buloh-Kajang and SSP lines.
One of the teachers from the kindergarten, Cik Dhanaletchumy A/P Elliah said that, “The children enjoyed the activities held at the MIC and I am very happy with the commitment and participation from the parents in supporting the event”.
She also thanked MRT Corp for giving the opportunity to the special needs children to be involved in the event.
