AS part of the company’s effort in keeping members of the public informed about the progress of the MRT Sungai Buloh – Kajang Line (SBK Line) Project, Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation (MRT Corp) Sdn Bhd organised a visit for a selection of media organisations to the MRT Phileo Damansara Station site on 17 December 2015.

The group of 6, consisting of reporters and photographers from Oriental Daily, New Straits Times and The Malaysian Insider, were brought to station for a walkabout and to witness how the Project has progressed in terms of construction and systems.

Led by Mr Marcus Karakashian, Project Director for MRT SBK Line, the delegates were shown the different parts of the station and briefed on the design and functionalities. They were also escorted by him to walk across the bridge that was recently lifted to connect Phileo Damansara with the station.

Marcus also updated the media on the progress of the construction and system works for the Project.

Also present during the visit was Mr Adil Ahmad, Deputy Construction Director for the Project Delivery Partner, KVMRT SBK Line.
