A talk on the Mass Rapid Transit Project was held for Chin Hin Property Development at Wisma Chin Hin, Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur on 14 April 2019.

The talk was part of the “Future Growth of KL Property Hotspot – Sri Petaling” programme organised by Chin Hin on 13 and 14 April 2019.

Malaysia Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT Corp) Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Relations Assistant General Manager, Encik Ean Yaacob presented an overview of the Project which included facts about the Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) and Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) lines.

Ean shared information on the SBK and SSP alignments, rolling stock as well as the SSP Line station concept and train design. He also updated on the SSP Line construction progress.

The focus of the talk was on the Taman Naga Emas Station, which is the most relevant SSP Line station to Chin Hin’s property development in Sri Petaling, 8^th & Stellar. The audience was provided with details such as the proposed station layout, access roads and feeder bus route.

The presentation ended with a Q&A session where the audience sought confirmation on the SSP Line completion of construction and interchange stations.
