Reference Access Offer (RAO)

MRT Corp holds a Network Facilities Provider (Individual) (NFP (I)) Licence granted by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (“MCMC”). As a licensee, MRT Corp offers network facilities within the territory of Malaysia.

The Reference Access Offer (“RAO”) is published on this website pursuant to subsection 5.3.3 of the Commission Determination on the Mandatory Standard on Access, Determination No. 3 of 2016.
